Incompetent and unprepared. Mr. Hutcherson repeatedly missed appointments and treated my case with minimal concern. He was late for every phone appointment we had over 10 months, sometimes by days. He ignored questions I asked in preparation for my case, then showed up to court unprepared. We even had to take a break in the beginning of the last hearing so that we could again go over what I was in court asking for. He did not answer nor return phone calls up to my court date. No communication at all. I was not even sure if he was going to show up until he walked in. Mr. Hutcherson is the worst lawyer I could have imagined and I am lucky the other party did not show up for court. Although I prevailed, I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone else for anything important.

If i could give zero stars I would. For a lawyer to use the terminology "bet" in a court room, should in itself speak volumes to the professionalism of this attorney. The previous negative reviews on here are absolutely spot on with everything that they say in regards to the work ethic. As a paralegal, who has worked with WELL respected attorneys, this is not one. Please do yourself a favor and seek a lawyer elsewhere.

Mr. Hutcherson was more than helpful in consulting me in regards to my upcoming court proceedings. He supported me with the confidence and information to go forward with my case.

I hired him and THAT was a big mistake. NEVERRR again not even for free. Had to call the bar. Save your money scammer. Came to court late. Had on a jacket with a ripped pocket. Will tell u what u want for your money. Paperwork was not turned in for court or anything. Wish i could give NO stars
