Valine Law

Decided to write a review after seeing in a Facebook group that many people had the same experience as me with Mr Valine. Mr Valine seemed very kind and seemed that he wanted to help me when I spoke with for a consult. I paid a retainer and then from there he wasn't helpful at all. I had to appear twice in court with no legal advice or representation because of his lack of responses. It would take weeks to get any communication from him. He wouldn't respond to my emails, calls OR texts when I had a court date coming up. My divorce process was dragged on for over a year and he accomplished absolutely nothing. I hired a new lawyer who did more than he did in just a few months at the end he ended up keeping the retainer and did absolutely nothing for me.

Destin Valine is a great lawyer and overall person, he takes the time to understand your case and takes the time to personally get to know you which is something I really valued. He kept close contact with me throughout the whole process which is uncommon when dealing with a lawyer or law firm. I strongly recommend hiring Destin if you want to make sure your well taken care of in your particular lawsuit case, he doesn't stop working till all of your realistic expectations are met.

Mr. Valine handled an insurance settlement for me which had been dragging on for a while. He stayed on top of the carrier, updated me on progress, and was able to negotiate a settlement in an expeditious manner. Would definitely recommend.

I have worked with a few attorneys in my lifetime with mixed success. And I never really knew what they were doing on my behalf. Until I found Destin. I have been incredibly pleased and delighted by Destin Valine. I recently needed to find a local attorney to represent me in a civil matter.
