I fired him. 1.He did not ask me to start INTERROGATORIES (Discovery). I never agreed and he did not do it right. My new lawyer had to redo it again. 2.My EX refused me seeing kids. Judge said he did it wrong. He still charged me. 3.My ex lawyer removed a case. He told me the case was not in the docket and he showed me a fax showing my ex lawyer removed the case. But he insisted on taking a trip to court, also spent a lot of time helping a falling man outside the court house and charged me. 4. He printed my ex's USB on Discovery, which already sorted, organized electronically. He stamped each page. I got huge bills for printing and stamping(indexing). Other lawyers only printed certain parts. 5. I went to his office and told him I hired another lawyer to defend PO and violaions. But he came to court before the hearing. I asked why he came, he said he came for releasing himself. But he stayed for hours. He sent me bills for his staying, which I did not ask him. These happened twice. 6. He lied about many hours he billed me. 7. My ex took all the rent. I told him the first day I met him. He kept talking, calling about the same issue over over again again. He also charged me an order which was never filed in court. Nothing was done.
