I had a wonderful, seamless experience using Burnett & Williams. The legal assistant and lawyer were always helpful when I had questions and gave me confidence walking through each step of my case. I felt the weight lifted off my shoulders and could trust them to have my best interest. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my case. I am truly grateful for the services they provided and would most certainly recommend Burnett & Williams.

Our experience with Burnett and Williams from the time of our initial meeting to the conclusion has been completely satisfactory in every respect. The professionalism and follow through were exemplary, we were kept updated constantly on the progress of the case. Peter's style and Kiesha's communication made my wife and I feel comfortable and assured. Their expertise allowed the case to come to more than a positive conclusion. I spoke to the intake specialist, Marcela, and had to repeat the same info multiple times (email, phone number, etc.) on the same call. She said someone will call me back to consult. Despite this, I received a canned email two days later saying they can't help me because I live in West Virginia. I live down the street from them in NoVA. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and wrote back my address in case Marcela confused this info, too (clearly!). No response. A perfect 5-star review score? I think not. ETA: What does the business response even mean?? Says it all.

The Burnett Williams personnel were excellent with whom to deal - friendly, efficient , articulate & diligent . I was pleased with the results of my case , mainly because of the proficiency of the firm . I highly recommend .
