I am in NC and got a ticket in VA which is about 4 hrs away. Mr. Russell and his team were super nice, they showed up for court for me and got the ticket taken care of. Definitely recommend Mr. Russell and his team.

Mr. Russell is appointed to represent my friend's son in a case. Mr. Russell hasn't shown up for Court cases, he hasn't contacted any of us that are witnesses in this case and his "staff!" have actually hung up on his aunt and myself when we called and requested an appointment with him. The law is innocent until proven guilty, but I think Mr. Russell in his mind is still a Prosecutor. Mr. Russell why did you take the case if you knew you weren't going to do anything? I've even sent you an email about this matter and still nothing from you. You can call me anything you may like, but you as an attorney are obligated to represent your client whether it be private pay or Court appointed.
