Their personal touch was refreshing. I had two home visits from Brewster. Additionally, I had phone conversations and office visits with Glen and Carrie. Also, I had many email communications with Katherine. They covered all the angles and constantly communicated with me. I always knew what was happening with my case. They earned my trust. My experience with Mr Rawls was probably the best experience I've had with a law firm. I believe people need to comprehend you are fighting the Federal Government and no matter what you believe you may entitled to you may not win. With that being said I feel Mr Rawls not only kept me informed and up to date he fought for me to get the best settlement he could. His staff is amazing. I spoke to David one time who is another attorney and he was extremely knowledgeable about. how the disability/Tort works. The most important person I had the pleasure of speaking to regularly was Carrie. She was so amazing and never made me feel as if she was rushing me off the phone. She listened and conversed and empathized. All around an amazing staff that replied in a very timely manor. While I didn't get what we felt my case was worth based on circumstances he got me the max I could get. He is an excellent attorney and is very upfront and honest. This is a top notch firm that will actually fight for you and not accept bottom dollar. Thanks you guys for all the love and help I received from you. You guys were amazing.

This practice took my case for over a year and did nothing. Sadly they sent a certified letter now that they are not pursuing my case based on an incorrect assessment on their part. This comes just before the statute of limitations is to expire and leaves me scrambling at the last minute. Very disappointing and never any personal contact. When i calked them, the receptionist mumbled so badly I had to ask who I had reached! Avoid doing business unless you want poor service

We received excellent care and service from Rawls Law Group. While I hope that nobody ever needs their services, unfortunately, sometimes we do. Our attorney and the entire staff was caring and attentive. During the entire process, we felt that the staff cared about us. They explained everything very well which allowed us to make the best decisions.
