THIS IS MY REVIEW AND MESSAGE FOR MR.KLINE who took $2000 to defend me on an assault charge but instead never subpoenaed my witness who was the ex wife of a client who he represented a few months prior in a case against her which was a conflict of interest ....Assured me I would be OK but the day of court I could not find him untill he walked out from the courtroom after speaking with prosecuting attorney walks up and in front of my witness tells me that the prosecution just sent him this video that morning me that my witness was in also had any knowledge of and had never seen before proceeds to play it on his phone in front of us and tells me the best thing I can do is plead guilty and hope for the best and if I did that the prosecution would not show the video.hHe knew thatit i did plead guilty it would violate my probation and might send me to prison for 5 years. He did not ask for a continuance to go over the evidence with me he in fact did not object to it either but also compelled me to plead guilty so they won't show the video to the judge and that was a lie because they did use it so not only did he fail to defend me in any way or subpoena my witness n a case that should never have even gone to trial because of the conflict of interest would have known if he had done his job . That is why I will be filing a complaint with the bar association this week for negligence , incompetence and complete lac or bias to defend me and for misrepresentation for allowing never seen before evidence to be shown and used against me 5 minutes before trial and never said anything but also for compelling me to pead guilty knowing I could get at least 5 or more years was absolutely decietfull and violated my constitutional and civil rights by not objecting to that evidence which was used against me and negligent fot his incompetence to subpoena my witness that made it a conflict of interest to start HOPEFULLY HE WONT BE SO INGNORANT AS TO REPRESENT HER EX IN HIS UPCOMING CASE THAT IM A WITNESS FOR AS THATS ANOTHER CONFLICT OF INTEREST

The words I can't express for Mr. Cline!! Since September my life has been all over the place. Mr Cline just made my day, he understood the assignment and he got the results I needed.
