I wish I could give less than 1 star. The amount of lies and poor contact is excessive. I made multiple attempts to resolve my debt with this firm. If their phones DID work, I would usually have to leave a message and never get a return call. The few other times I was made to believe things would not progress, but this company is quit to get you. I called to schedule a payment arrangement and was told it needed to be approved and I would get a letter in the mail detailing my arrangement if approved. Never got a letter. Tried to contact them to no avail. Then I get a subpoena. Oh, I was able to get through then. I was told to pay half now then theyd go to court tell them it was being paid and schedule another another. I was told I would get another letter in the mail with the new court date, remaining balance and a date to be paid by. Never did. Tried to get through and havent received a call back. Now, theyre garnishing my wages!

I know, one star. It looks bad because people owe them money.When you call to dispute, or in my case pay a debt, the ladies ,especially Teresa(spelling) are very pleasant and helpful. However they will randomly close early or the phones are messed up on their end I've found more time than I'd like. And with my work schedule it is hard to call the next available business day most times. They will find you delinquent and attempt to take you back to court. It has yet to happen to me and I make my last payment next week. The women I've sooken to deserve a 5 star rating. The business overall, half a star at best. I will be glad to relieve this burden.

Predatory. I don't even know where they got the information to get a judgement against me, but they turned 120$ into over 500$ in court fees and garnished my wages before I was ever notified, and given an option to pay. I received the court order at work, no correspondence at home. This firm is only out to recover money for people who already have more money than the ones whom they are taking from, and do so in any way they possibly can leaving you little or no option to defend yourself. Shame on all of you at this group.

I've been calling over a month now to make a payment and their phones dont work. Send me a default letter and I call again and PHONES STILL DONT WORK !!!!! how am I supposed to do what I'm supposed to and I cant even call. Theres no email or any other number. Smh .

Very understanding company and willingly to help in any they can to help lower your debt. Very pleasant receptionists.
