Mr. Haven and his staff was excellent to work with. They were detailed about everything I need to do to be successful in my situation. Mr. Haven took his time to make sure my life experience doing this process was the less bit stressful. His staff and him were always on time for meeting and followed up promptly if I called or needed help. I cannot recommend Haven Law Group enough. From first step to the last, they were there. The entire staff, Gloria, Audrey and Mr Haven himself were always so nice, polite, friendly, understanding and very professional. The only small complaint I could have, was not with the firm, but the building they are in. There is ample parking. But if someone is handicapped and alone, they might have trouble getting into the building as there is no ramp. Just an FYI.

I was so nervous going into this but everyone in this office made all of my fear go away. I remember my initial call I asked "what makes you guys different from other firms?" Mr. Havener responded that they actually care about their clients and the process doesn't just stop after you file and are discharged but the program they offer really helps rebuild your credit after bankruptcy. There was even a time in the process I got worried because I had one credit card company that was still calling me after filing and all it took was a quick call to Ms.Gloria and she sent me over some documents to reassure me that that credit card company was included. Like most people that file bankruptcy , I just wish I would've done it sooner. There was no judgment and such an easy process. Thanks again you guys!

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable, always answered the phone and returned my calls. They took their time to answer all my questions. Mr. Havener is a very nice person to communicate with, not only he is knowledgeable, but he is also kind and empathic person. The case moved fast and easy with the best outcome.

Attorney Charles Havener and his staff at Haven Law Group, have been exceptionally wonderful and have made the bankruptcy process a breeze! Attorney Charles thoroughly explained the entire process from beginning to end and answered any and all questions I had. Bankruptcy was a goal of mine for two years but life happened and I was unable to have the money to pay for it. Attorney Charles would call me to check in periodically to see where I was and if I was ready to file. Thank God circumstances turned in my favor and allowed me to pay for my bankruptcy.
