Mr. Billman is genuinely a wonderful person who truly cares about you and your case. However, I recently reached out to his office and got a lady on the phone who was rather rude, short, and unprofessional while speaking to her. She huffed, cut me off, asked me questions and then actually told me to stop talking, and acted like I was ignorant. It was super upsetting and such a complete disappointment as Mr. Billman is not like this at all. I'd suggest not speaking to anyone but Mr. Billman.

Mr. Billman was the reason my brother finally won his disability appeal.
