Brent Vincenzes was my first and is most likely last lawyer. My son received a reckless driving ticket several months back. After some research on the internet, we hired the Vincenzes law firm to represent him in juvenile court. We did so because of all the great reviews we read. Also, some people were telling us that it wasn't necessary to hire a lawyer but I am here to tell you they were wrong. Brent and Sean gave us great advice on what to do ahead of our court appearance and that preparation paid off. We went before a judge that was tough but fair. The judge wanted to make sure that not only did our son take this matter seriously, but that his parents did also. Sean was able to talk to the police officer ahead of time, and reached an agreement with him to recommend a lower charge of failure to obey a traffic sign. After reading through all our documentation, and delivering a much deserved lecture to our son about the seriousness of the original charge, the judge accepted the recommendation and added community service hours to the verdict. He said our son had his lawyer, the police officer and his parents to thank for his reduced sentence. I had an Assault & Battery on my record and was able to get the charges completely dismissed with the help of Brent by drafting up documentation to appease the victim and come to a mutual agreement.
