Mr. Snoddy conducted title/deed work for a piece of property that a friend purchased many years ago. However, during his title research, it appears an extremely important detail (which should have been obvious), was unfortunately overlooked; and this action eventually resulted in the properties total diminution in value and usefulness - it was very sad and frustrating to see this happen. When Mr. Snoddy was respectfully questioned regarding his past work, he immediately became uncooperative and dismissive...Mr. Snoddy may be a fine attorney, and it's possible he could have explained the perceived fault/issues at hand, but he chose not too...and unless further exhaustive litigation were undertaken, recourse was limited...
