I had no idea how to approach my potential legal issue. The scheduler was so kind and listened. I had a consultation the next week. Mr. Noll was also so kind and listened and answered all my questions and set me on the right path toward solving my issue. The experience was professional and caring.

Went to this place with a huge expectation and hope because of the reviews and everything went well until today. At first they told I had to write a letter explaining my situation so they can look at it and let me know if it's something that they can help me with. The day after I called and they said they can't help me with my situation and I was okay with that so I just walk out and leave it there (no problem). Today I decided to walk in again, looking for help and even willing to pay for a consultation knowing they already said they can't help me but I really needed to check again because of my situation, and the front desk girl start catching attitude with me when I was simple looking for help and not even being or talking rude or disrespectful. I literally tried to explain her that I was simply trying to get help cause I have no one to recommend any other place and she talked to me like I was doing something wrong. Catching attitude with someone how's looking for help is wild and even more if that person doesn't have any attitude or talk to you in a rude way.

Very Professional, listen to what I have to say, looked over some options. And gave me their opinion. I was very thrilled with my consultation. So we will see how this goes. So far 5-Star review.
