McGrady Perdue Heating & Cooling

Braxton was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. He worked efficiently and timely. We are pleased with McGrady Perdue's past and present employees from installers (Chris) to service personnel (Braxton) to phone scheduler (Donna). Most impressive was how quickly the response was to our problem with one unit. Thanks!

Aiden with Mcgrady Perdue heating was great. He knew his job and was a very pleasant young man. He knew what he had to do and did it fast. I would recommend them to anybody for their problems with heating and cooling.thank you very much for your service. It's hard these days to get help that fast to respond.

Braxton did a great job. It was nice that he arrived at the early part of my appointment. He explained the process well and gave me helpful hints to get better performance out if my system. Very pleasant to work with.

Of course the coldest night of the winter thus far and my heating system goes on the fritz. I have a fairly complex system with an outdoor wood stove,(primary) central heat and air (secondary) with a gas furnace as the final resort. I called the after hours number and was transferred almost immediately to the technician, Aiden. He arrived in a timely manner and quickly had my system back up and running. Aiden explained and showed me what he had done to get my system back up. It was a communication issue between my 3 separate heating units and it would not allow any of the 3 to heat. Thank you Aiden and McGrady Perdue.

As always had a wonderful experience! Saul was very personable, knew what he was doing, explained the part that needed to be replaced, and answered any questions I had. For someone so young I was quite impressed.
