Very friendly and helpful with wills, property and other things. My father was handicapped and the secretary came out to the car to have him sign paperwork. The only problem I had was they didn't have a ramp for handicapped people.

I'm a local real estate agent and Daniel's office assisted my buyer in the closing of his land purchase. Haley was very communicative, took great initiative to assist in all matters, and were incredibly professional throughout the whole transaction. I would highly recommend them for your real estate closing needs!

I would recommend not using hamrick & hamrick. In a custody battle over your child in proper information and lack of communication, too many broken promises and cannot hold to his word. He will ask for you to send information to him showing proof and will not have proof when you go to court

Why does the system not have negative stars? I don't personally believe in subjective judgements, so I will use facts. You have to form your own opinions. Last year in October 2021 that is, I went in Lisa Rossi office to have her handle property deeds transfer. I paid for all fees (including this law firm' s handling fee and filing fee at the county court) and left. This year in May, when I am ready to sell a house the realtor informed me that my property was still under my personal name, meaning property title transfer was never completed! I called Lisa multiple times, and she never answered the phone which is the same experience before I went to her office last year. She never answered my emails either. So I had to talk to the front office and told them what happened and asked them to leave Lisa a message and she had to call me back. She finally called me. It is June 2nd 2022 today. The first thing she said, "these files are on my desk from last year 2021. I did not file them because you were missing fees!" In absolute utter shock , I managed, "You would not let me walk out of the door last year if I had not paid all the fees. " I said. She paused. Then I said "if you truly thought I owed you fees still, can you produce any evidence that you were pursuing this case , asking me to pay fees . Is there any email or phone calls as evidence that you reached out to ask me to pay fees so that you can do your job?" She then swiftly changed to " I can file them today. " What ?? I head was spinning . I don't owe fees now?? Yes. She said she was going to file them the same day. The utter incompetence and lack of professionalism is beyond my belief. I am begin to realize professionalism is a very tall order if you don't have basics down such as decency, honesty and plain common sense.
