Mrs. Koorsland is the BEST lawyer I could ever ask for after dealing with another lawyer that really took advantage at another firm. Katie was so thorough, read through every piece of evidence (probably over 1000 pages), paid close attention to details, remembered even the little details, and spoke with kindness and empathy. She made sure to listen to my concerns and preferences while never wasting any time. She called or emailed for clarification and kept in touch to notify me that she was working hard on my case. I would absolutely hire her again and again. She is the best there is and restored my faith in the legal system. Thank you Mrs. Katie Koorsland! If there's an award to be given, she is most deserving of it.

My initial consultation was with Mr. Carter Budwell and I was very pleased, so I hired this firm. Everyone I spoke with was initially very nice, professional and respectful. The next person that reached out to me to schedule an appointment with Mr. David Cassidy, I didn't know that I had to contact him for this appointment, usually, when a company calls to set up an appointment, they'll contact the customer at that given time. When that didn't happen, I contacted Mr. Cassidy, who wasn't at all prepared, and had to call me back. Once he did, he still wasn't prepared, and on top of that he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. It seemed as though I was bothering him, and as I answered questions that had already been answered via documents I'd already filled out, he was changing my answers advising me of what he "thought" was possible in my life and what wasn't or what he thought the answers should be. He wanted to argue with me. This person stressed me out much more than I had already been stressed and this was the very first time I'd ever spoken to him or experienced anything like this with anyone I'm paying for a service with. On things he didn't believe, he would ask me the same questions over again, and tell me I hadn't answered questions, when I knew I did, and I had to advise him on where to find the answers I put. This became INCREASINGLY more frustrating as the call moved forward. Furthermore, he kept overtalking me and raising his voice, and I had to ask him to stop doing it multiple times because he was being very disrespectful, to which he literally replied "I have another appointment I need to get to" and I said, "No, you currently have an appointment with me, and you were late for it, as well as unprepared, and my time is just as important, I'm the one paying YOU for this, so until we're done, your next appointment will just have to wait! How rude, unprofessional and disrespectful can you be? This is not at all how you treat people/your customer sir, so they'll just have to wait!" We got through the call; however, Mr. David Cassidy most definitely shouldn't be working with the public AT ALL! Because of his smart mouth and horrible attitude, I would NEVER recommend nor do business with Alliance Legal Group, LLC, he's not a good representation of this type or any type of business. If you don't record your calls, you need to start just to monitor his behavior alone. I'm being generous with two stars because the other staff was so kind, and did answer emails and questions along the way. Him? Not one email answered or phone call returned to date. Not a good look for a Christian based company.

So far I'm disappointed I worked with four different people so far. Paperwork wasn't properly sent to the court so I'm stuck with another court date for bank statements, paperwork on vehicle and etc.
I called the office directly after the meeting and again I'm working with someone different and told I'll receive a call back.
