Mr. Matthew Westmoreland and the rest of the Tucker Griffin Barnes team was excellent to work with through a Personal Injury claim pertaining to a motor vehicle accident. I felt like the team there does a good job of being truthful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and overall fantastic to work with. Mr. Westmoreland personally kept me updated on status changes during the claim and his response to email and/or phone calls was always prompt. Rachel Roy was also a pleasure to work with especially during the initial document collection phase and throughout the entire process. During the process from beginning to end I was never made to feel like I was just another claim but I was instead made to feel comfortable and that my case was important to them. Thanks!!!

A year and a half Matthew Westmoreland worked to get me a settlement following a dog bite that left permanent damage. He went above and beyond both before, during and after the trial trying to get me justice and through his hard work we were able to secure a judgement. He assisted in placing liens, connecting me with other lawyers and just all around handled the situation and took all of my stress away as we continued this lengthy process. When it became clear that though we had received a judgement in my favor I would not be receiving compensation, Matt waved his fees so I wouldn't be stuck with another bill. I really wish I could have paid him for his services, he was truly excellent

This law firm did the settlement on our home. They represented the buyers. Today was loan closing, and as the buyers signed we were just receiving our closing disclosure. I thought we had at least a day or 2 to review. Our settlement company has been sending daily reminders for over a week. Not happy, wouldn't recommend

This was the firm handling the sale of our house in VA, representing the buyer. The first closing in early June had to be delayed because they didn't get to the paperwork, even though it was sent early to them. Just didn't do it. So delayed to 10th or 17th, but then other delays kept it going so they got a break. For closing finally on AUGUST 29, they had 12 noon closing time, reportedly all funds had been received, but we didn't get our funds for the sale. Since we are now living out of state, time difference was a factor and we waited literally all day our time AND theirs and monies didn't arrive in our account. As of this writing, still not to be found. And not even the COURTESY of a phone call or even text/email to explain the delay. Now it's a holiday weekend so no hope of getting it until at least Tuesday, Sept 1, and in the meantime we have to once again pay storage with the moving company while awaiting what is owed to us. Very bad customer service, even if not our attorneys they control the funds and kept us in the dark. That contract is not enforceable because we haven't yet received what was owed to us, and not even any excuses from this firm. Do not use them if you want fair communication and work.
