Keep far, far away from this incompetent group. They do not reply to emails or requests for correct paperwork from the sellers' reps. (Was told this is typical of this firm). They missed the closing date because of ignoring these requests. They blame it on Thanksgiving (Nov. 27) when requests were sent on Nov. 20 and 26. Wrong info was sent again the day before closing on Dec 3. This is costing the seller $$ in credits and interest on the proceeds from the sale. Kristy, the attorney, told the buyer and seller's reps she didn't know anything about this because she's been out of town. WHAT? Since Nov. 20? DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!

Kristy and her team are the fierce advocates, top communicators, and swift in getting things done. They are the first ones I send all my closings to if I can. Highly recommend!

Just got our wills and deeds done for when one of us croaks. Great staff working here as well. And they have snacks. Woot woot. Mrs Johnson was informative and professional

I was referred to speak with Kristy Johnston regarding a family matter in purchasing land. Unfortunately she no longer does that portion of real estate law. I give her 5 stars anyway for her awesome customer service in answering a number of my questions pertaining to the legal matter, as well as, referring me to a lawyer that could assist. I would have loved working with her and her team.
