I was able to work with the most incredible team of people from start to finish. Choosing the right law firm is never easy and I'm glad I chose Kendall Law Firm. Anytime I called, I was always met with professionalism and had all my answers met. Attorney Kendall and his team made gave me the patience and grace I needed for years. I'd truly give this team more than 5 stars if I could.

I was in an accident that was pretty mild in February 2024. My son was also involved in the accident. I chose Mr. Kendall after a phone conversation and all of the wonderful google reviews. This experience has been a nightmare! My cases have been treated with no regard. So many delays and excuses (including staffing issues/etc). They only followed up when I reached out. And Mr. Kendall takes no responsibility for how the cases are handled (it's always the paralegals according to him.) Now that I have signed everything because I truly want this to be done and over, they tell me FedEx is to blame for the delay (however I was told it was verified Fed Ex would be delivering today). I call this morning to see why there is no updated tracking. My check not even being picked up yet by Fed Ex after I received a phone call and text it would be here today. Elizabeth and Tracy are lovely, but definitely shop around and do your research before deciding to hire Kendall Law Firm. They have made an already stressful situation even more stressful.

The Kendall Law Firm exceeded our expectations. About 2 months before the statute of limitations for me and my wife's injuries from an auto accident expired, we contacted several law firms in the Winchester Va area for advice and possible representation. Several of those firms said we had waited too long to call and that they would not have sufficient time to work my case before the statute expired. David Kendall said we had plenty of time. We hired him and he quickly went to work. Within less than 6 months we received checks that FAR EXCEEDED the amount we had hoped to receive when we first contacted him. David Kendall and his firm are so easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you need legal help.
