Worst experience ever after our car accident. Terrible communication through the whole process. Left with no answers or help! Has to constantly ask for answers and updates. Still have questions and billing questions on our accounts. Lisa was no help in the process as well as had to always ask for updates. And Mr. Armstrong acted very unprofessional when it come to us asking for help blaming it on the other company instead of possibly seeing what he could do to help. Now that the attorneys got their pay our case doesn't matter anymore. Super unhappy with the service given here. Don't recommend going though this office.
