Never really focused on my case as I was out of state. Accident happen Dec 2014 and was finally settled Dec 2023 via arbitration. Was set for 100k only awarded 20k. Lawyers did not take their portion as to how long case took. Personally I believe they dropped the ball and didn't focus on my case at all. Did not take their portion of settlement as they knew they didn't do their job and was a disservice to me. Went through 4 different legal clerks, had to send all emails / documents to there office 4 times as they had no records of emails I had sent concerning medical appointments and bills. Had to call multiple times as never would return calls. It was always a task to get a hold of my lawyer. Always had excuses as to my case not being worked on to get settled; trying to get answers from insurance company and their lawyers, COVID, people leaving firm, or terminated, one of their partners having a heart attack. It was one thing after another with this law firm in trying to get my case settled. I would not recommend their law firm to anyone. Took ten years to get case settled and didn't win my case as they said they would. I had to go get letters from my doctors. I had to do all the leg work for my lawyers and they didn't properly represent me as far as I am concerned. As I said out of pity they forfeited their salary as they knew they did not do their job. Poor representation of a law firm.
