We went to have David Eddy for help a woman trying to adjust her living trust from her son, (because he passed), to her granddaughter. She had three properties. Only one property was put into the trust when all of them should have been. We paid a $100 to just speak to him. Then $900 for his work. He did a POA and an advance directive and the properties were to go into the trust. Only one property was in it when she passed. To have everything else fixed after passing cost less than what Eddy charged to not do all the work. I would not recommend him for elder law. Once the person is gone there's no fixing it.
