I so badly wanted to have a conversation about Dudley representing me! I've heard absolutely amazing things about him and his work ethic. I've heard he rides for his clients till the bitter end and this review is in no way directed toward him. I called 5 times to set up an appointment and was rudely hung up on by the secretary each time. I said "Hello my name is Casey I was referred to Dudley by a family friend..." click. Called back because thought maybe it was disconnection by mistake, again "Hey I think I lost ya! I was calling to" click... So I thought maybe it was my phone. I used a different cellphone and she hung up multiple times even after that. Finally the last call I made I said "Ma'am I really just need a lawyer, please" click. I couldn't understand why... why she would continuously hang the phone up, not talk to me, it just didn't make any sense... I'm sure he is loosing out on a lot of business by having a lady with that attitude answering his calls which is super unfortunate because I hear absolutely nothing but wonderful things about him and his work!

now this place i didn't visit for myself but the Vietnam veteran that i help did and they were really polite and quick with getting him taken care of,i didn't meet the lawyer but he seems really nice and good at his job,i did meet the secretary and she was very nice and polite, even got to see her deal with another customer on something that she said was her fault,nothing major but she was so nice about correcting the mistake and surprisingly fast at resolving the issue, but like i mentioned it wasn't a serious mistake or anything and the customer seemed very familiar with her and was unfazed by it,made me confident if i ever had to do business with them

They gave my son an appointment to discuss his injury at work, but Jimmy Dudley does not handle workers compensation. Therefore it was a waste of their time and ours.
