Pivot PT - Blacksburg, an Athletico company

Ashley and Jordan were a huge help over the past five months recovering from a total knee replacement. Their expertise and professionalism were excellent, and their genuine warm and friendly personalities really helped me through what I found to be a difficult recovery. I highly recommend both of them, and will seek out their care again if I need physical therapy in the future!

I started physical therapy at Pivot in June 2023 and continued until early 2025, and I would 100% recommend them. My primary therapist was Jordan, though I also worked with Ashley on occasion. Both are incredibly knowledgeable and always took the time to listen to my concerns. I originally came in for hip issues but ended up addressing shoulder problems as well. By the end of my treatment, I felt a noticeable reduction in pain, increase in mobility/use and left with a clear understanding of which exercises to do if any issues where to flare up again. Overall, my experience at Pivot was fantastic, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy!

I cannot thank Ashley and Jordan enough for their help during my PT journey. I primarily worked with Ashley throughout my shoulder recovery and she always made every session enjoyable while also being very productive. I believe I had at least one session with almost every therapist on staff and each were phenomenal. Once again, I cannot thank Ashley and the entire team here enough as they assisted me in recovery.

Pivot PT in Blacksburg is amazing. Jordan Gibson is great and helped me tremendously. He is personable, professional, and definitely knows what he's doing. All of the therapists seem very kind and are highly trained. I highly recommend Pivot and if I ever need PT again I will be back.

The physicians truly care about getting you to the place you need to be. And they stop at no end to make sure that you are recovering every muscle to get back to where you were before your injury. 10/10!
