I am writing to express my disappointment with the Cora I received during my recent physical therapy sessions. While my initial visit was positive, subsequent appointments fell short of my expectations. The consistently short appointment times (approximately 20 minutes) and what I perceived as understaffing significantly impacted the quality of treatment. On several occasions, I raised concerns about the lack of targeted exercises to address my foot drop. While a suitable exercise was eventually provided, the delayed response and limited attention to this specific issue caused frustration. Furthermore, the introduction of dry needling was approached with hesitation and what I felt were unwarranted cautionary statements, creating unnecessary anxiety. Although I understand the inherent uncertainties associated with new procedures, the explanation felt dismissive, leading me to believe time constraints were a contributing factor. As a retired individual who prioritizes maintaining an active lifestyle, I am particularly disappointed by this experience. The overall lack of attention to my specific needs and concerns has left me dissatisfied and hesitant to recommend your services.
