Greg & Bettye will always be my first call for any kind of general civil legal issue, as they are sharp, efficient and kind. I highly recommend this firm and their entire team. My family worked with Gregory Campbell for what seemed like a very long time. His office was managing the estate of my aunt, who passed away in April 2021. It took nearly four years (until Feb 2025) for the final settlement to come through. I have no doubts or concerns about the accuracy or fairness of the estate settlement, but we found this office to be quite slow in responding, and exceedingly deliberate and full of delays in contacting financial institutions, tax authorities, tax advisors, etc. I got the feeling that their office did 100% of the work by mail, and almost never picked up a telephone to speak to someone. We had several very frustrating email exchanges over the three years, inquiring about the pace of the work. We were given excuses and delays, but I never felt that the office had any sense of urgency or priority. Again, I believe all the work was done properly, but the very slow timeline showed a great lack of "customer focus."

Wow, Ms.Ackerman was kind and professional. Wonderful presentation of the documents we asked for with copies and extra info in a binder. Office staff is friendly.
