Carter Garrett has been my attorney in a variety of needs for 15+ years. The thing that stands out about Carter and his staff is the casual, "put you at ease" environment of the office. You won't find the usual pretense & posturing expected or experienced when visiting an attorney, there is nothing stuffy or starched about his office or attitude. However dont think that is the way your need or case will be handled! He is always professional and not afraid to push for what he wants or feels is reasonable in court. He is honest about what he feels the outcome of a situation may be to the client, upfront about the cost and his expectations of you, as his client. He won't "talk over your head" or mind explaining what you don't understand, but don't expect" hand holding" or "coddling" either! He has a good working relationship with all surrounding courts and you can trust his assessment of the outcome. He doesn't make empty promises or tell you what you want to hear. His fees are fair and money well spent. I always recommend Carter when a no-nonsense, "results matter" situation arises.
