I contacted them about an insurance denial of service case. They listen to me explain the entire situation and then just hung up the phone on me and sent me a text. You may want to contact a real law firm and not just this giant corporation. I'm sure they're just trained to do that unless they hear buzz words for an easy case. If your case is complicated at all, they probably don't have the ability to process it because this is more like an assembly line.

Not for the People! I strongly DO NOT recommend this law firm to anyone. My experience with M&M has been frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. From the beginning, they were highly responsive and eager to take on my case, making me feel like I had made the right choice. Unfortunately, that initial enthusiasm quickly faded. Navigating the aftermath of my accident has been challenging enough, and instead of providing guidance and support, M&M has only added to my stress. They changed my attorneys without informing me, leaving me lost in my own case. Getting updates or answers requires constant follow-up on my part, as they are unresponsive and difficult to reach. At this point, I can't help but wonder if my case isn't "lucrative" enough for them, and I've been pushed aside as a result. Regardless, I have medical bills and financial burdens stemming from my accident, and I deserve fair representation and resolution. Instead, I feel ignored and undervalued. If you are not considered a priority, be prepared to be ghosted. This experience has left me with ZERO trust in M&M, and I regret choosing them over other firms. My advice? Go where you are valued.

I didn't have the best experience to be honest. I had my lawyer change midway unbeknownst to me and with no update. I didn't speak with the new lawyer at all until very late in the process, yet he was handling my case! I had to involve the referring lawyer to check her sources/ the corporate side to check on my case as a personal favor. The intent wasn't to reprimand the local office, but what was I to do, just wait? I had to always make the outbound call to check the status of the information. I was given information that said my medical fees would be covered by the 40% that they keep, all to find out 8 months later that they would not and those fees are withheld from the settlement check additionally!? All in all I just didn't like that I felt marginalized and wasn't given proper information. It felt like big company, little client and not to personal. The legal assistant, I'm sure she tried her best and has many cases, but she was snippy and gave a lot of attitude. Perhaps she was upset corporate came on her from above, so I pause in understanding why she was rude a lot in her tone. I sensed it, just calm enough not to react to many of her remarks. Not meant to be a negative review, they just need to improve their dissemination of information to the clients so we are made to feel happy and know what's going on in a time where it's stressful and we are rehabbing back to our normal lives.

This firm is the middleman working out of Florida. When you contact them, they will have some "compassionate" person speak with you while constantly reminding you they are your "family" and ask you a million questions. They then refer you to a lawer in your region. The lawyer doesn't give a damn about you or your injury. They are only interested in one thing: slam dunk cases. If your case requires them to do a little bit of work, they won't take your case. I fell down at work, passed out, numerous fractures in my head, concussion and they didn't take my case because the neurologist wrote I'm able to do sedentary work lifting no more than 5 lbs while under CONSTANT supervision. If that's the case, we should put 5 year old to work because they can do sedentary work lifting 5 lbs while under constant supervision. Basically, never contact Morgan and Morgan.
