I have been thoroughly impressed with Spiggle Law Firm. As I explore new counsel, every step of my experience with them has exceeded expectations. From the efficient 15-minute Intake Session to the insightful 30-minute Strategy Conference, and finally the comprehensive 60-minute Document Review Attorney Consultation, Spiggle has demonstrated excellence at every stage. Their professionalism, clarity, and dedication truly set them apart as the exemplar of what a law firm should be.

My initial consultation went well and it felt like a good choice. The staff were friendly and responsive. I had my initial meeting with the attorney and was counseled there wasn't a case to pursue. That's fine, that's why I wanted to do a consultation. Just be mindful that the various billing charges add up quickly. I was charged $2000 of my initial $3000 retainer to review docs and a one hour call. Their rates were in the retainer contract. I just didn't expect the number of hours I would be billed for an initial consult.

I want to sincerely commend Samantha Vanterpool Rucker and her team for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication throughout my ongoing case. Even in the midst of complex legal proceedings, Samantha has provided clear guidance, thoughtful advice, and consistent communication that helps me feel confident and informed every step of the way. Her team has been highly responsive, organized, and supportive, making a challenging process much more manageable. I also want to recognize Jesus Orozco and the billing department for their transparency, efficiency, and responsiveness. They have made administrative and billing matters straightforward and stress-free, which has been a tremendous help. Overall, Samantha, her team, and the billing department have provided an exceptional experience, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication.

From intake to closeout, every interaction was thoughtful, professional, and supportive -- with one brief exception during a transition period after my original attorney left the firm. When I raised concerns about the interim experience, the firm responded with exceptional care and urgency, reassigning my case to a team that was proactive, communicative, and clearly committed to getting it right. I deeply appreciated how seriously they took my feedback and how quickly they acted to restore trust. I met with attorney Michael Ludwig. He is a very nice man and he gave me sound legal advice. He was direct and honest with me about my wrongful termination case and the probability of a positive outcome. He was sympathetic to how badly I was treated by my previous employer. He also gave me future legal options that I can explore regarding my whistleblower case without paying tens of thousands of dollars to a law firm. That's all I can ask. They did not overcharge me, so I'm grateful for that as well.
