It took two minutes with their intake department to determine that I would not want to be represented by this firm. The representative was short, curt, and just plain rude (very elitist attitude to say the least). Because I did not want to provide intimate details about the medical issues over the phone with him specifically, the representative stated that the firm would not help me. I had no problems with providing information at the office, but that was not good enough for him. I'll be happy to move along, and find someone else.
