This guy is an absolute fraudster who will take your money and ghost you beyond that. Has a used car salesman vibe, if that explains it better. No matter how desperate your situation is, do NOT use this man, you've been warned, because you will absolutely be taken advantage of. He charged us a couple thousand dollars for his "services", and was no where to be found once payment was made, he was conveniently very communicative before he received his payment. However as soon as payment was made he probably communicated once or twice and that too with great difficulty, then eventually completely ghosted us when he was supposed to show up to court.
