I couldn't discourage anyone enough if you're considering hiring David Hutton. It appears if he doesn't stand to make a significant amount of money from your case, it isn't significant to him. He'll take your money, but won't do the work. He had my case for nearly 15 months. In all that time he reached out to me once after I made a check-in phone call to get information he already had. It was a small value case to him but very important to me, which is the reason I hired him. I made multiple phone calls and sent several emails to him. He couldn't take 2 minutes from his schedule for a simple reply. I recently requested a refund of my retainer because he didn't render any services. His staff confirmed he received the email, and would respond. He didn't respond. I've now hired a different law firm and they were able to fulfill the request within 2 weeks. So, at the end of the day, I am out the retainer and had to hire another firm. If you're wondering, should you hire him, the answer is a resounding NO and run to the nearest alternative firm.

Daniel Robison is excellent. Answered all my questions. Respectful. Knowledgeable. This firm did not price gouge! Also very helpful... Toni Johnson. She was exceptionally nice and professional. I would give Hutton & Associates 10 stars if available!

Appears to be lame when having to deal with divorce proceedings. I should have listened more when told not to hire this man. He was paid a large sum for nothing. When my house sold and money was being held to divide per law, I suggested to leave my part as I knew it most likely would be used to pay this man. When this was discussed while still in the courthouse, Mr Hutton made a dance gesture when hearing this which made him happy knowing this as well. This made me sick. This man won't even look at you without a fee. At the first call on the phone, I received a $50 charge. He undoubtedly uses a timer...
