Simon and Simon took on my relatively small slip and fall case. I am a non-litigious person but due to my injury and the company's response, rather lack thereof, I decided to pursue a legal case ,as a large conglomerate only seems to respond when money is at stake. My primary endeavor was to invoke change to make the location safer for everyone. Regardless of why I pursued a law suit, Simon and Simon was exceptional at explaining the process, answering questions and essentially taking care of me. I reside out of State so they took the time to call or email me updates, etc. They advocated for me and assured me I would be in the driver seat when we came to a crossroad.
