I hired attorney Levine for a labor violation litigation. My employer did not hold my job 90 days for me. He withheld important information from me until the day of deposition. There was a CD of answers to questions we sent to my employer. He gave that to me the morning of depostion. He also told me a couple days ahead that if the case did not go to court he would only take 26% of what I received. Right after the deposition which was carried out in his office, he tried to take 33%. I reminded him what he told me. Then he took 26%. I have a history of depression which is why I was there anyway. My employer was a hospital. They had a big shot attorney who attempted to make me look like a criminal. The law system is so messed up. I believe attornies work together with kickbacks involved if the settlement is much less than what it should be. My case was truly a case of discrimination. Too many details to go into right here. I am very disappointed in my situation. It took me quite a while to write this review. I had reservations about it but I feel like people need to know especially those in a similar situation. I would not recommend this attorney.
