We used Page Law at the recommendation of our Real Estate agent for the purchase of our new home 3 years ago. We weren't exactly impressed with our closing experience as it was (the firm was formerly known as "Stark Law" and changed hands during our closing process - with minimal notice given - which led to a very disorganized and awkward closing appointment), but we said no biggie and moved along. Well here we are, THREE YEARS later and we have been dealing with an ongoing deed/ROW complication for the last 2.5 years....that still isn't fixed. Seamus has been extremely unhelpful, short and takes his sweet time responding to calls/emails. When buying/selling a home, you want people you can trust to stand behind you through the entire process and Seamus is not an attorney I would trust to represent my family ever again.
