Let me start off by saying I would 0 stars if it was an option. I called them months ago inquiring to see if they had a lawyer that could help me. After being told I would receive and email or call back, I didn't hear anything. Now fast forward to this week, I re-inquired only to be told that they would send my info out to their lawyers again to see if anyone "had time" or "wanted" to help me. After reassuring me they would at least let me know if they could or wanted to help or at the bare minimum refer me to someone who could help, it's been crickets again! Very unprofessional and poor communication. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, seems like a big waste of time trying to get anywhere with these people.

Alway's responds within 24 hours, has been more than understanding and flexible with payment arrangements (after the initial retainer of course) he has been extremely detailed and and right on top of things the entire time. I Was Pushed Aside Multiple Times By My Attorney For A "More Important" Case. This Added Several Calendar Calls at The Courthouse. A Substitute Attorney From LS&W Was Sent Each Time, But They Knew Little or Nothing About Me or My Case. A Subsequent Calendar Call Was Added After Each Appearance . This Added Several Months To The Resolution of My Issues. And I Was Billed For ALL The Extra Calendar Calls, I Was Even Billed For Mileage When A Substitute Attorney Came In From Their Middlebury Office. By The Time My Attorney Made An Appearance , I Was So Frustrated That I Was Hasty in My Choices To Resolve The Court Issues. With Less Than Full Regards To the Outcome on My own Behalf. This is Not The Caliber Expertise That I Have Seen in The Past or What I Expected
