I would highly recommend Heidi Groff. My husband was hurt at work in 2016, and a year later we were still trying to get help with which doctors he should see, and how to get compensation for the hours he could no longer work. Workman's Comp failed to tell us that he was entitled to a percentage of his weekly pay, nor did they disclose that all his medications associated with the injury would be paid through workman's comp. When I was injured at work I didn't know the first thing about my rights being an injured worker. Heidi Groff is our absolute Hero!! Heidi Groff, and her team, at Biggam Fox Skinner saved our family from ruin. I thank God that I found Heidi online, and called her when I did. I had sustained a back injury while trying to move a patient when I was working at the Hospital. I was placed on light duty, received endless amounts of physical therapy, and injections. I just wasn't getting the results I needed to live a normal life. After a couple of years, it became clear that I needed a more permanent solution. There was a newer type of surgery that I found, and after a consultation with the surgeon who developed the treatment, it was suggested that it could help me greatly. The workers' compensation insurance company wanted nothing at all to do with the surgery, and without Heidi in my corner, I would have gone down to defeat. She made sure that I was given the care that I needed, financial support to keep my family from going homeless, and she fought for me to get the surgery I needed paid for by the workers' compensation insurance company. When all was said and done, and I reached my maximum medical improvement, Heidi negotiated a handsome settlement for us.
