I don't even want to give him 1 star. He was horrible with our situation. Our father is dying from leukemia and lung cancer and need we his Will gotten together and Burns was supposed to have it ready and end up not having it ready the week he said, so by the time he did have it ready to be signed, our dad was in horrible condition could barley walk, and Burns would not come out to the house or have someone who also works there, or work with us at all to get this will signed! We had to carry our dad and force him out the house. I am so upset and will never recommend this lawyer. Burns was so disrespectful and had no sympathy what so ever! It broke my heart making our dad get dressed and having him sit in the vehicle just to sign a paper when I know he could have came to the house for someone who is dying!!!
