I have got to be honest I have been in a courtroom setting more times than I'd like to admit and I have never literally not once have been so fortunate to have even known about any lawyer that didnt just have the credentials, but backed them up in the courtroom , every lawyer that I have ever had and I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on lawyer fees and every single time I felt like I would've done better doing it on my own and representing myself, I've never ever felt like my money was well spent. but when I see Katie and her team, I was floored! Like completely in Utter aww.... You know those people you come across in life and you just know they hate their job? And in most cases, they take it out on the customer either with a poor attitude or by a poor service and when you're talking about your freedom, your livelihood your whole world basically in some cases, well, Katie and her team most definitely do not fall into that category, what I wouldn't have given, in all of my past experiences in the system, to even know that her company existed that she and her team were even an option, i wouldve gave her company my first call. I've never seen a lawyer get so involved and into it with her job that you could read almost every thought, emotion as far as fair unfairness, frustration, seriousness . She's in deep thought constantly, as if her brain was looking at the next move so if she wasn't doing that move yet she would be confiding in her team to prepare for any number of strategies so and the Next thing you knew she would stand up, It would be her turn to speak and she would have the most detailed well put and on point questions that I've ever ever heard or seen a lawyer utilize, it was almost as if her client was someone she was related to! It was the strangest thing to see any lawyer that actually cared and was not there just to take some money and do as little as possible and push it out to the next court date. you know it's something you just simply do not find. I would just like to say I genuinely sincerely am grateful for her and her team and I would recommend them over any law firm and I've heard of some supposedly amazing ones and even them ones that you pay more than 10 - $20,000 or more I don't think are half as good as her and her team so if you do find yourself, hopefully you don't but if you do find yourself in a bad spot, I truly hope you recall reading this and look up Katie and her team at Caldwell Filler & Grayson, PLLC, you wont regret it. If you are in need of a business attorney, Nathan Harris is outstanding! He is very knowledgeable and is great about helping you get through the stressful side of entrepreneurship. His calm demeanor and can do attitude really deserves some recognition. He truly has gone above and beyond for us and we couldn't do it without him. If you own a business, or are starting a business, you 100% should have a business attorney on your side to help read over contracts and put things in to perspective for you. Legal contracts and business agreements should not be something you handle without legal council. He is very reasonably priced and all around a wonderful person.

I had a great experience working with Nathan. He made dealing with probate so easy, and pleasant. Not to mentioned a lot cheaper than other lawyers in Salt lake City. I am extremely happy with this company and Nathan.
