Ben Wilson is by far the best divorce attorney in southern Utah! I hired all the big firms and finally found the one that battled for me! My divorce lasted 4 years 10 months! He fought like it was his family and his life on the line! This is a man that will fight for you not like others that want to take your money!

Not a great experience working with Ben. Very hard to get a hold of, always out of the office. Just didn't feel like my case mattered at all to him. Paid him thousands and thousands of dollars for being super unsatisfied, took months and months to take care of a simple job. Just super unhappy. :(

Dan and Erin have really helped me out. They know I just lost my dad. Dan has really taken me under his wing. He's an honest guy, and he respects my honesty, and how I want to stay morally strong during my legal battles. But, Dan has fight in him, and I see it peek out when I start to get wronged by individuals. He's very knowledgeable and he's been so patient with me and my horrible family dynamics. Erin is so sympathetic and kind. She always hears me when I call, and she listens to my concerns. Very nice team of people. I'm glad God guided me to them during this horrible time.

Dan Tobler is by far the best lawyer I've ever met, I called around about my case for my sons custody and spoke with a dozen attorneys, it was a very sensitive case with my son with special needs for custody that I was served papers for after the biological dad was absent for years and he never paid child support or was in my kids life enough and long story short, Dan was on top of his game, knew laws that blew the other attorney out of the water, he didn't see what Dan had coming and I got everything dismissed with full costudy to my son and he changed what seemed like a frightening and stressful situation into our happily ever after! I can't say enough but I need to let everyone know that once you get Dan Tobler, you will be at ease and his personality is amazing too, he's so understanding and takes excellent care. Call around and do your homework if you must, I did prior to finding him and I am so so glad I did!
