Aaron P. Wise, Spanish Fork Attorney

I had a very disappointing experience with attorney Aaron Wise during my case involving the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS). After I requested to terminate his services, he continued to act as if I were still his client and sought authorization to file documents without my permission. He failed to adequately prepare me for a crucial Permanency Hearing and did not address my serious concerns about the caseworker, despite my repeated attempts to communicate these issues. Additionally, my sensitive information was mishandled, and he ignored my formal request for a new lawyer. Most alarmingly, I believe he misrepresented facts to the judge, which led to bias against me. Overall, my experience was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported. I would advise others to seek representation elsewhere.

My name is Earl Covey and this is my story, So I was somewhat rattled in the beginning of my court case , that I couldn't just call my attorney and Discuss my case. I could only talk to his Secretary Kara, who was a very competent person and kind to talk to. Aaron was exactly the person I needed for my situation and in my opinion has abilities that other attorneys do not. A lot of defense attorneys don't really listen or paint a realistic picture, but my experience with Aaron was a pleasant surprise. He has the ability to get on another persons level and really understand a situation, as well as give realistic and thoughtful options. I was able to ask all my questions without pressure into doing something I wasn't comfortable with. To be very honest I think that Aaron and I got off on the wrong foot due to some information that had not been relayed correctly. But once we talked and was able to obtain all the facts in this case I had different feelings towards Aaron. He allowed me to make decisions based on the facts and my testimony which I must say he took in 100% and supported my thoughts and my feelings and my evidence. Aaron was 100% invested in me and my decisions on my case. I found Aaron to be amazing and highly intelligent honest and non opinionated towards me I do not feel that he judged me regardless of what the outcome of this case was, by the way my case was dismissed as it should have been. I would suggest Aaron to anyone who needs a good no a great fantastic attorney he was not afraid to go up and say what we wanted and because of his integrity and his support for those of us who are treated unfairly he is definitely the man to have by your side! I am very grateful to him and for all that he did for me but mostly for listening to me Faith in my side of the story. I will definitely be spreading the word about him and his office to anyone who needs a representation in a court so thank you Aaron I am so grateful to you you are truly amazing!

Aaron Wise worked very hard for me, he was sensitive to the situation I was in and it helped me a lot when figuring out what was going to happen. If there is anything else that I needed a lawyer for I will call Aaron. He is a stand up man and made it a priority to help me when he didn't have to.
