Cory is hands down the most disrespectful, rude, and unreliable lawyer I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to in regards to my friend. She told us to be at the courtroom at 9:00 AM, we arrived on time. She had gotten there at 8:30 AM, "allegedly", had called my friends name 10 times between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and claims the judge had even called her name, which we never heard. Because of this, this "outstanding" lawyer, made it so a warrant was put out for her arrest, and had the audacity to tell me she was frustrated with us for the "no show", (even though we arrived when she told us to) when in my opinion, it seems she fabricated her story to make up for the fact that she did not want to even spend any amount of time to show up to court to defend my friend, and only waited for "an hour" to represent her, while we have been waiting for 4 hours without hearing the name called at all. I would never, ever in a million years want to speak to her again, she was judgmental, filled with hatred and disgust for those less than her. I wouldn't want her representing my worst enemy. Do not trust her, and if she is appointed to you, run and request someone new. She does not have the heart or the communication skills to be a lawyer for the people. I am in awe that she is even able to practice. However, due to her lack of honesty and integrity, the warrant was dropped the day of due to her misconduct and an apology from the officers were given to her. If this doesn't speak volumes about this attorney, I don't know what will.
