I had an excellent consultation with Brittani that was incredibly valuable. In just one hour, she provided more clarity and guidance on my family law matter than I had received in the previous two years from my last lawyer (Eric Swimyard)
She took time out of her busy trial schedule to meet with me, and I was impressed by her professionalism, preparedness, insight, empathy, and genuine understanding of my situation. She listened carefully and provided thoughtful insight that helped me better understand my options.
I'm grateful for the time and attention she gave me. Her expertise in family law is evident, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking knowledgeable and compassionate legal counsel.
Ultimately, I couldn't retain her services because of budget constraints and a complete loss of faith in Utah County Commissioners, Judges, or the System.
Thank you, Brittani, for your time and care.
Best regards,
A Father of Four Wonderful Children.

Had a consultation today. The receptionist was very professional and accommodating. My consultation was with Alexander. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. Provided a very welcoming consultation. Gave me documents I wasnt aware of BUT needed for my case, addressed concerns I had not thought of, and alleviated a ton of stress by convering all my concerns and addressing the "unknowns". He felt more ready to solve my problems than I am which gave me much relief and boost of confidence in my case. Clean and welcoming environment that is definitely built around parent/children accommodations. Conference room, large waiting area with roomy couches and chairs, beverages and snacks, and nice/clean restrooms. An encompassing and pleasant experience.

*****Update!!!*****
After my initial free consultation where I knew this law office would take care of me, I am finally at the end of this mess!! I want to thank the many people who were apart of this long stressful journey! Leslie Corbly, you were, and are absolutely amazing!! Your professionalism, drive to succeed, and care for your clients really made me happy to be represented by you!! I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for me, you are incredible. I am beyond happy and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND any loving, caring father to call Jolley and Jolley if you are going through a divorce or custody battle.
Lastly, Leslie, you are the only Boomer Sooner who I will ever call my friend. Thank you for everything!
I had an initial free consultation with this law office a couple of days ago. I was a little nervous at first walking in, but they made me feel at ease with what I am going through. I am very happy with the service I got in the professionalism from everyone in their law office. I feel very comfortable and confident with them and I am looking forward to working with them. They are amazing.

My divorce was finalized February of 2024 so I've had time to reflect on the very poor counsel I received from my Attorney, Brittany. At the time, I didn't receive proper counsel to fully understand the repercussions that have come from her only being concerned about the amount of money she was making. It was clear my case was the lowest priority on her schedule as she would reach out to me 5 minutes before their office closed and rush through her conversation with me. I paid over $12,000 (talk about taking advantage of people in their time of need) for her to respond to a few emails and call me on occasion. It's really criminal how much they charge, especially when going through a divorce. Our mediation was terrible and she did not provide proper counsel. I agreed to things that I didn't fully understand until later because she didn't take the time to explain what that meant to me or care about my case. Her only advice was, "let's take her to court!" Which really just means, "let's drag this out and spend even more money." I mean, she let my ex-wife take half equity in my 4-year old car resulting in me having to pay her thousands for my car! Who takes equity in a car? But I didn't realize how crazy that was until afterwards. There are multiple other things she did not help/counsel on that I am stuck with. She absolutely did not do her due diligence with me.
She really was bad, had a poor attitude and it was so clear that she really didn't care about my case. Now, even after spending thousands of dollars, I am stuck with repercussions that I shouldn't have been stuck with but because of her "legal counsel", I can't doing anything about it. Very disappointed. Lawyers really are terrible, the type of profession that really likes to take advantage of people in their time of need. It's just so disappointing/frustrating to think about. I can't speak for other attorney's there, but I would absolutely ask for another attorney if you end up getting Brittany. And the irony of coming to a Father's-rights law office and being stuck with a female attorney who knows nothing about being a father.
And just so you know, she/they charged about $400/hour and at best, even if things go great and there isn't a lot of issues, you'll spend well over $10,000 to get a divorce. Tell me how that's right? Tell me how that's not taking advantage of people in their time of need?
It really was a horrible situation while already being in a terrible situation with the divorce. Honestly, I would do everything you can to avoid using a lawyer if you can.
