I've only had a situation twice in my life where I've needed this type of service and this was my second time and it was infinitely better than my first experience at the other company. I wish I'd gone with benson and benson my first time.I feel they can do everything. Thank you everyone!

Amazing service and legal advice. I didn't have to worry about a thing except make it on time to my doctor's appointments.

I don't recommend them at all, they never call, one has to be calling to know how the case is going, in the end they sign to receive an amount $ and they then ask for discounts already signed to stay with more money and give less to the customer (my case was for car accident) thank goodness I found out before about the discounts they made to them because if not I stay with less money and they with more! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Someone handed me a business card that lead me to Benson & Benson and I'm so grateful. Brett actually met me at my doctors office....very convenient. Marisela replied to my many emails and calls very quickly. The entire office staff are very pleasant and easy to talk to.
