This is a great place to get a trust set up. It was great working with both Denison and Chris. I am going back to have them fo my life insurance. Highly reccomend them.

Chris Hart took amazing care of us when we were hit by another car this past summer. I was reluctant to call an attorney, but after a few frustrating weeks of dealing with insurance companies I decided to give Chris Hart a call, as he came highly recommended. He dealt with the insurance companies (both ours and the other driver's) and within a few days of getting him involved our insurance gave us a top dollar pay out for our totalled car and the other insurance quit calling me to accuse me of being at fault. (Chris got me a copy of the police reports, which stated the other driver was at fault and had been given a ticket.) It took the stress off me completely and I was able to focus on getting a new car, getting to my appointments to get my back and neck healed, and getting back to normal life. Someone from "Living Trust Information Center for Utah" (which he said was run by Hart & Hart - both entities share the same address) met with my parents regarding a living trust. Pushy. The guy kept interrupting us and talked down to my parents. Refused to tell us the price. He worked from a poorly-written, well-memorized script: He called my parents flakes for wanting to think it over. Sigh.
