Carina Zavala was also super helpful during the whole process and kept us updated the whole time, and sent over rides for my appointments when needed. I would definitely recommend them so anyone who needs help with a car accident.

Very disappointed with this firm. Jacqueline was helping my partner with his case. She told him they were moving forward with representation and starting treatment but then completely disappeared for three weeks with no follow-up. When we finally reached out, instead of taking responsibility, she tried to blame the attorney even though keeping clients updated is clearly part of her role. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially in a personal injury case where timing matters. We cannot recommend Alta Legal based on this experience.
