Absolutely terrible service. PT was late, assistants would frequently leave me unattended and allowed me to do workouts wrong. Afterwards, I talked with the PT and he said that my opinion didn't matter and that my previous PT didn't know what they were doing. I'm a 20yo healthy kid and they treated me like I was a dying grandma. Worst. PT. Ever.

The facilities are great, and the physical therapists have access to a lot of resources and exercises. My issue was with James N. Anderson. I went to him for a problem between my shoulder blade and spine, but the referring PA said it was a rotator cuff injury. During the session, I kept saying the exercises didn't feel like they were targeting the right area, but James just said I needed to strengthen it and didn't really listen to me. I did the exercises consistently but saw no improvement. Later, a first-year med student friend of mine looked at it, identified the actual problem in minutes, and gave me exercises that made an immediate difference. Now I'm finally recovering.

The staff here is super awesome! The downfall comes to no fault if their own but the system they work in. They are seeing multiple patients at once so you're not getting the one on one attention that you need. I have switched to a PT who you are with the PT the whole time who is helping you with form and questions you have and that has been a game changer! Because they had to zoom through patients as quick as they could they couldn't give as much attention than what is needed for recoveries.

My therapist, Paul, was excellent. He was caring and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I had shoulder surgery and rehab was a slow and painful process, but I felt his knowledge and expertise helped things go as smoothly as possible. The aids were well-trained and helpful as well. I would definitely go here again and I would recommend it to others.

I worked at another PT clinic (FYZICAL in Provo), and was very impressed by this one having had the chance to compare. This was my first time going to PT for myself, and it was a great experience! I was taken straight back, and the clinic was clean, well equipped, and not at all crowded. Dr. Sakes, Saker ? (I can't remember his name tbh) was very thorough and helpful. He asked me questions and talked with me about my condition for probably an hour, which I was pleasantly surprised by! For reference, at the PT clinic where I worked, it was not uncommon for patients to wait 1-3 hours to see a Therapist, at which point they were usually only seen for 5-10 minutes, if that. The therapists were knowledgeable, but wayyy overbooked and management was not good. The whole clinic had to be divided with countless curtain partitions to create extra rooms for patients. It was understaffed and under-equipped and the employees were very overworked. So, considering the only other people experience I had had with PT, my experience at Revere health was pretty fantastic.
