We went to Brett because my wife was injured in an auto accident. I know many attorneys and many that handle personal injury cases. Brett resolved the case within one year and that is very fast for an injury case. He was able to convince the insurance company they must pay the full policy limit. My wife would rather have not been injured but at least she was able to get a large recovery because of Brett.

Brett walked us through a crazy process of insurance companies (and the lies) through medical care- don't trust that they really care about your situation-they are also a business that deals with people as their product. Without Brett and his team guiding us and responding to the overbearing, money grubbing system we would still be suffering and paying out of pocket for our healthcare and recovery. I highly recommend Brett, his team and his firm to help anyone that gets into a situation and needs legal guidance. I will probably have life long symptoms, but now they are on the hook for my care. I was having trouble getting the other party to accept that their 'client' authorized the driver to drive. Went to Brett and within the first 20m he made a call, had my car being repaired and had got me scheduled for a medical assessment. I was never a dime out of pocket and eventually I also got settlement. Great service and counsel, fair treatment. I hope I never need to go back, but if I'm in an accident, I'll definitely use Brett again.

I would give him 0 stars if I could. I've never seen a more greedy, money hungry, ambulance chasing lawyer in my life. He is the apitomy of lawyer jokes. Contacting someone hours after they lost their teenage son to try and make a buck by suing a farm. Wow. Do you even know how good of people you are trying to take advantage of. They are heartbroken and you want to kick them while they are down.
