I did not follow through with my bankruptcy. The reason I did not, is that after gathering all my financial records, from my income, my expenses, my debts etc, and presenting them to the legal team of Lincoln Law, they told me the honest truth. They told me that if I did want to pursue my case for bankruptcy, it was the longest of long shots that this would be approved by a judge. It was one of their representatives, Dawn, who went into good detail about how much money I make, and how to use my finances efficiently in order to pay off my finance, save my excessive income, and build my credit score to a healthy rate once again. She told me honestly and kindly that if I did pursue this case of bankruptcy, it would harm my credit score indefinitely, and it would hinder my chances of employment, housing, future loans, and so forth. Dawn and the rest of the team here were very thorough, very articulate, and very kind with their services. Though it isn't what I thought it would be, the service I received was incredibly well. I of course recommend this team for anyone else seeking bankruptcy or to see if bankruptcy is warranted.
