Legally Mine

Legally Mine has been a disappointment. I signed up for their service after hearing from Gary at a medical conference. The pitch was to medical professionals wanting to protect themselves from lawsuits. The communication from their team has been terrible. I consulted with Dustin for help with filing an LLC and he lied and told me it was being taken care of. After multiple emails, I found out that nothing had been done and the start of my business was delayed by months after my misplaced trust that they were doing what they said they would do. We filled out paperwork for the creation of LLCs and have been left in the dark regarding what is going on. I've been told they are short-staffed, that our file won't be done for months, etc, etc. I reached out to Gary since his pitch was the reason we signed with this company and my emails have been ignored. They haven't bothered to explain the process, the timeline, or communicate any expectations. There has been a total lack of customer service and support, which creates unneeded frustration and distrust. I would recommend looking elsewhere. This has been a waste of time and money. We could have created our own LLCs for all of the guidance we've received from this company.

Legally Mine team provided excellent service. Dustin, Lili, and especially Stephen were all very professional, responded to my inquiries promptly, provided clear, concise, easy to comprehend answers and explanations to my questions, very accommodating to my needs, especially concerning deadlines. They all treated me with utmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I would highly recommend Legally Mine to those individuals seeking assistance in asset protection or any related services.

We are still going through the process of getting everything finalized but we are almost there. Communication has been great. Emails are detailed and answered fairly quick. Unscheduled phone calls from us are not always answered directly by the person we want but they call back once they get the message and research the answer. Scheduled calls are coordinated through emails or texts and occur on our schedule even if that means it is 0400 at their office. They also send materials to review so we are not overwhelmed with unfamiliar terms. Like I said, we are close to having everything in order but from what I can see so far from the various forms of correspondence, including rough drafts, we are going to be happy with the final trust package and entity creation. The only big delays have been on our side, either from forgetting to answer an email or challenges with our county's processes.

Gary is awesome! He listens to you without judgment and is really friendly! He actually told me that I wasn't ready yet for his services. I was too early in my career but he did give me advice on when I should reach out to him and what I can do in the meantime. He's not there just to sell you his services but he really cares and is about your best interests. I look forward to working with him in the future!

Monique and Jonathan have done a wonderful job educating me on the entire process as my assets are being built and created. The laws change frequently so it's nice to have the reassurance they are keeping me in the know of all the changes as my business expands.
